Vintage International Co. Ltd provides professional construction, engineering, consultancy, and related services. Due to the customized and project-based nature of our work, payments made are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.
 

2. Eligibility for Refunds
 

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Where a service was paid for but has not yet commenced

• Where Vintage International Co. Ltd is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal constraints

• Where a refund is expressly provided for in a written agreement or contract

Any refund consideration is subject to management review and approval.
 

3. Non-Refundable Payments
 

The following are non-refundable:

• Payments for services that have already commenced

• Consultation fees, site visits, assessments, or planning services

• Costs incurred for materials, labor, permits, or third-party services

• Delays or cancellations initiated by the client after work has begun
   

4. Refund Request Process
 

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and should include:

• Client name and contact details

• Description of the service paid for

• Reason for the refund request

• Proof of payment

Requests should be sent to the official company email address.
 

5. Review and Processing
 

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Vintage International Co. Ltd reserves the right to deduct any costs already incurred before processing a refund.
 

6. Contractual Agreements
 

Where a signed contract or service agreement exists, the terms of that agreement shall take precedence over this Refund Policy.
 

7. Policy Updates
 

Vintage International Co. Ltd reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on this page.
