He is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in building construction and road infrastructure projects.
He plays a key role in cost management, project planning, and financial control, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, within scope, and in accordance with industry standards.
His contribution supports the company’s commitment to quality, timely delivery, and accountability across all project stages.
Kimbowa Benedict holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Project Management from Makerere University and a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Quantity Surveying from Makerere University, Kampala.
Ssemaganda Mathias
Stakeholder | Electrical Engineer
Ssemaganda Mathias is a Stakeholder at Vintage International Co. Ltd and a highly experienced Electrical Engineer with strong expertise in electrical systems design, installation, and compliance within the construction industry.
He is a registered Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (Reg. No. 875) and a member of the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (Membership No. PE/1022).
He also holds a Class B Electrical Installations Permit issued by the Electricity Regulatory Authority, enabling him to oversee and certify electrical works in accordance with national regulations.
Ssemaganda Mathias holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Makerere University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Makerere University Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Makerere University.
His technical leadership supports the company’s commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality electrical installations.
